Eucalyptus

Eucalyptus oil has cooling properties which will help soothe recently sunburned skin. Also antibacterial, along with the coconut oil and baking soda in this bath bomb, we have an excellent combination to ease the effects of too much sun.

Again, I should point out that a bath bomb on it’s own is not sufficient treatments for sunburn and a dedicated product like Aloe vera gel [see section below], should be a priority.

Lavender

Lavender has both anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. Both great for soothing sun burn and speeding up the healing process. The way that the lavender oil gets to your asking is through the mixture with the coconut carrier oil.

An alternative to using lavender oil for sun burn with a bath bomb is to mix it directly with something like coconut oil and apply directly to the skin
